Unfortunatly, I had to use it. All went very smoothly and very quickly.
Suggestion: If you going to buy more than one (1) of same item to be insured, put them under different order numbers. Insure each one individually. It will be easier to claim them. It seems that they insure the order not the item. So, if the order number has three (3) items they only see one (1) order number.

How do you fold the pieces to fit back in storage bag?
Answer: Hello! Mama of four here! Very easy to just literally fold one part in and the rest collapse!! The tubes you just kind of smushed together like an accordion and then I usually slide under the couch or behind something!!

Is this material washable?
Answer: I wouldn’t suggest putting it in a washing machine because of the structure, but it is definitely a material that can be wiped clean with a cloth.
