Lets face it….young kids are a little rough with power wheels vehicles. They crash them into walls, and everything else. Also, usually something goes wrong after the initial warranty expires!! Its super cheap to protect your investment.

Our RC car was crushed when my husband accidentally ran it over. The kiddo was playing properly when my husband rounded the corner to our driveway and noticed the RC car too late. This is apparently not considered an accident. I??m not sure what IS an accident if not someone driving over a brand new toy but I??m disappointed that the claim will not be approved.

What??s the maximum age?
Answer: Maybe 18 months. It isn’t very big and my grandchildren have already outgrown it. (I gave it them for Christmas and they are now 16 months old.

Can i buy the balls seperate?
Answer: It comes with the balls, but you can buy extra separately.

How do you personalize
Answer: This turtle doesn??t come with a personalize option. There are many companies on the internet that personalize. I don??t think it??s worth the cost. I bought fabric markers and did it myself

The turtle had a broken zipper. How do I return and get a replacement?
Answer: You have thirty days to return the item.

What are the dimensions?
Answer: I.m not sure of the exact dimensions, as this was given as a gift to my grandchild, but it isn’t large. Only one child can sit in it comfortably.
