Unfortunatly, I had to use it. All went very smoothly and very quickly.
Suggestion: If you going to buy more than one (1) of same item to be insured, put them under different order numbers. Insure each one individually. It will be easier to claim them. It seems that they insure the order not the item. So, if the order number has three (3) items they only see one (1) order number.

can a slide be put in and enough room for 3/4 kids? I have a home daycare..
Answer: It’s a good size, 3 or 4 kids can play at the same time I think. A slide may work for the ball pit with the small kids. My son loved his. I got it when he was 1 and he is 2.5 and still loves it.

Are they connected? Or can they be?
Answer: The Rocketship Tent and Ball Pit can be used alone or connected together.
