I called Asurion to file a claim for my grandson’s toy rc car that ran very good on the first run. But when I tried to recharge the batteries they failed. The representative file my claim with no problems and told me to discard the toy truck and I’ll be receiving a full refund within 24-72 hours. I see a lot of bad reviews about Asurion but if you read the policy before you purchase the warranty then you wouldn’t have any problems. I will purchase this warranty again when I purchase another RC truck for my grandson.

The first line after WHAT IS NOT COVERED is 1. Breakdown caused by accidental damage. The toy I purchased is a kids drone, I figured it was too good to be true for Asurion to insure a flying toy for any accidental damage. I checked their terms after I received their coverage email and it clearly states it doesn’t cover breakdowns caused by damage.

How many balls should I purchase to fill it?
Answer: I did 200. 100 just wasn??t enough. But the ball pit section only lasted two months for my little guy. I had to order a more expensive tougher one by it ripped too easy

Is it safe for one year old?
Answer: Yes if the child is crawling…but with any activity toy you have to monitor them , especially if more then one child is playing in it…

Would this be too small for my 5 year old to play in?
Answer: I think it would be fine, I fit in it and play in it with my sons ages 2, I am 5’6 and 198lbs and can be in the ball pit this thing is huge .
