I called Asurion to file a claim for my grandson’s toy rc car that ran very good on the first run. But when I tried to recharge the batteries they failed. The representative file my claim with no problems and told me to discard the toy truck and I’ll be receiving a full refund within 24-72 hours. I see a lot of bad reviews about Asurion but if you read the policy before you purchase the warranty then you wouldn’t have any problems. I will purchase this warranty again when I purchase another RC truck for my grandson.

The first line after WHAT IS NOT COVERED is 1. Breakdown caused by accidental damage. The toy I purchased is a kids drone, I figured it was too good to be true for Asurion to insure a flying toy for any accidental damage. I checked their terms after I received their coverage email and it clearly states it doesn’t cover breakdowns caused by damage.

Why does our tent have a panel that isnt supported?
Answer: All sides are supported. The flap is in the middle and let’s them get in and out.

I only received the play balls with no pit?? when i purchased the combo. how is this fixed? i can??t find an email for you?
Answer: I purchased the ball pit for balls I already had. The one I purchased didn??t come with balls.

200 is not enough I had 500 2 1/4?? balls and added 300 3 1/8?? balls for toddler age use
