It??s a warranty at a very good price, hopefully I will never have to use it but I??m glad it will be there for our daughter. I hope customer service will be just as good too. But overall good price for 3 years of warranty.

We purchased the Asurion accident insurance for an expensive toy. The toy was damaged beyond repair in an “accident”. We complied with all of Asurion’s requirements for filing a claim. They refused to cover the claim because it was an “accident”. Someone please tell us, then, why buy “accident insurance” if it does not cover “accidents”. This is a straight-up scam. Never buy this for accidents. It may be fine for replacing “malfunctioning” items, but don’t bet the house on that. either.
Found this wording as part of the terms and conditions on Asurion website.

“WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
(1) Repairs caused by accidental damage, spilled liquids (unless you purchased a portable
electronic product or eyewear), insect infestation, misuse, abuse, or intentional physica…”
So this “accident” insurance does not cover accidents. Pure ripoff.

Approximately how long is this when set up?
Answer: 25-30 ft, or longer?

How do you connect the tunnels and ball pits? The end of each piece has 2 loops n 2 black pegs n 2 strings.Loops together and tie the strings maybe?
Answer: Mom and Dad put this together, but I think it connected with velcro. The pegs, I believe, were to use if It is taken outside to hold in place. All i know, each piece popped open, was fastened and ready to go in about 10 min. The children love it, and I will buy again for other children!

How many kids can play in it?
Answer:

2-3 kids easy. Our granddaughter is 18 months and played in this for hours. I also fit and could have had another kiddo join us … it??s tight and im not as fast, but we both fit in ball pit, and I can crawl on my tummy behind her in tunnels (I??m 52 years old, 5??8??). Adults who want to dive in with the kiddos ?? crawlin??

How many balls are recommended?
Answer: We did 400 and I??d say this was a good choice.
